TOD DESIGN GUIDELINES
The TOD Special District regulations are defined in the Land Use Ordinance, Section 21-9.100. This guide serves as a reference to further explain these regulations and should be used in conjunction with the Land Use Ordinance and neighborhood TOD plans.

CLIMATE ADAPTATION DESIGN PRINCIPLES
The City will increasingly look for developers to consider climate change and incorporate best practices for mitigation. This document identifies recommended tools and best practices to consider in designing building sites and structures to be resilient to sea level rise, flooding, extreme heat, and groundwater inundation.

STREET TREE MASTER PLAN
The TOD Special District regulations require developers to install street trees in accordance with applicable street tree plans. This master plan identifies the tree species and locations where new trees should be planted for TOD projects.

PARKLET PROGRAM GUIDE
On-street parking stalls can be converted into public parklet space as an extension of the sidewalk that may feature items such as benches, tables, chairs, planters and landscaping, shade, and bicycle parking. This guide provides information about the parklet program, including general design guidelines.
