for Goods and Services (estimated at $100,000 and above) and Construction (estimated at $250,000 and above).
Click the Bidding Opportunities tab. Solicitations may be sorted by Category (goods and services, construction, etc.) and Department (City and County of Honolulu) by clicking on the “Show More Search Criteria” button.
Prospective offerors that download the solicitation from HANDS will not be notified of any addenda or updates to the solicitation and are solely responsible to check for any issued addenda and/or downloading all the solicitations documents.
SOLICITATIONS ON VSS
for Goods and Services (estimated to be under $100,000) and Construction (estimated to be under $250,000).
Registration is required prior to submitting a bid and to contract with the City and County of Honolulu. A vendor account is needed in order to be awarded any contract or receive payments, regardless if the solicitation is posted in VSS or HANDS. VSS registration and other related help guides are available on the Purchasing Help Guides webpage or on the VSS website.
