Neighborhood Commission Office

As a lifelong community advocate, I am honored to serve Kalihi-Palama as Vice Chair of Neighborhood Board No. 15. I believe in transparent, inclusive leadership that values every voice. My goal is to strengthen communication among residents, agencies, and partners to ensure out community’s needs are met and Kalihi-Palama remains safe, thriving, and connected for all.

Kekoa Kealoha is a longtime Kalihi resident with deep family roots in the community. A graduate of Kamehameha Schools Kapālama and the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, he is a public health professional and community advocate experienced in helping people navigate complex systems. Committed to service and practical problem-solving, Kekoa hopes to bridge the divide between community and government so residents feel heard, informed, and connected to decisions affecting their lives.

Lynn Vasquez born and raised in Kalihi-Palama-Chinatown. Educated in the Public School System at Kaiulani Elementary, Kalakaua Middle, and McKinley High School. Also went to Honolulu and Kapi‘olani Community Colleges. Employed 10 years at JN Chevrolet as Lead Cashier/Community Relations. She and her husband live at Waena Apartments with their fur baby. Lynn cofounded/president The Slippah Foundation for 20 years. She’s been in the Kalihi-Palama, Liliha, and Aiea Neighborhood Boards since 2008.
