Serving NB13 since 2012. Been active serving Chinatown community for 30 years. Founded Chinatown Business & Community Association CBCA since 2009 to advocate for small business owners and residents working with the City Administration to improve safety and business conditions for residents and shoppers. CBCA founded Chinatown Security Team CST to help with sidewalk safety working with business owners and property owners , HPD and CORE to ensure Sit Lie is enforced and sidewalks are safe for all.

With 20+ years of professional experience in engineering, facilities, manufacturing, operations, and continuous improvement, I focus on listening to residents, supporting local businesses, and advocating for practical, community-driven solutions. My goal is to help create a safer, more resilient neighborhood where we can strengthen community, build trust, and move forward together.
