 ctric bike riders to 18 and Bill 61 is regarding punishment for riders per

  Kyudojo (Japanese Archery Practice Facility) at Mauʻumae Nature Park. Th
 is facility is still early in its development and is set to be open for ju
 st 12 hours a week from Friday-Sunday once operation begins before eventua
 lly increasing its hours. Dewitz shared this form of archery is quite so i
 t will not disturb nearby residents and the facility itself is specificall
 y designed for this specific type of archery so no western archery can be 
 practiced here. The goal is for the facility to be open for every resident
  who wishes to participate and a system of membership will be generated an
