a. Request for Review and Approval: Ka Waihona O Ka Na’auao Public Charter School (KWOKN-PCS) Upcoming Parade from Nanakuli High & Intermediate School (NHIS) to KWOKN-PCS: Discuss Parade Path and Approval Process with KWOKN-PCS Representative Kalani P. Hiapo.
b. Waianae Coast Emergency Access Roads (WCEAR)—Paakea and Others: Review Draft of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Execution Plans as proposed by City Agencies and Councilwoman Tupola.
c. Paakea Road—Permanent Opening Soon for 24-hour access: Concerns Expressed by Community, i.e. Speed, Etc.
d. Widening Project—Farrington Highway from Nanakuli Village Center to Mohihi Street, Review Archealogical and Cultural Impacted Sites Identified by consultant firm ASM Affiliates and its representative Keely Toledo
e. Widening Project—Proper Draining to be installed per input from Gary Shinsato: Review Proposed Resolution
f. Reminder: Rep Kila’s Townhall on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Nanakuli Library featuring representatives from the State Department of Transportation (DOT) and the City County of Honolulu Department of Transportation Services (DTS).
g. Community Concerns.
