 and answers on the Kawailoa Youth and Family Wellness Center Master Plan a
 nd will contact the Youth Facility Administrator and Corrections Program S
 pecialist to request answers that more directly answer the questions.\n\n3
 . Members discussed the collapsed wall in Lanikai. Records show that KNB d
 id not have notice of an SMAP application that was approved by the Departm
