Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds vote (5) of this 9-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Items may not be added if they are of major importance and will affect a significant number of people.

a. Neighborhood Assistant to review “Filling of Vacancies” procedure – Residents interested in filling a vacant board seat must bring current proof of residency to the board meeting or contact Neighborhood Assistant Anson Wu [anson.wu@honolulu.gov] to verify residency in advance.
b. Sub District 1 (1 vacancy).
c. Sub District 2 (2 vacancies).
IV. Adoption of rules for tonight’s meeting ONLY: (Reason: To allow the most number of community members the opportunity to ask various questions to presenters and to cut down on redundant questions.
a. Questions will be one (1) minute or less.
b. Community members will be asked not to ask questions that have already been asked to the presenters.
c. Questions that are typed into the chat that are similar in nature will be combined and asked by the meeting moderator.
