 URPOSE: Purpose: The Housing &amp\; Homelessness Committee will gather inf
 ormation from the public concerning housing and homelessness within our co
 mmunity/Moku.\nNote: The Board may act on any agenda item. As required by 
 the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92)\, specific issues not noted on this agenda
  cannot be voted on\, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds vote (6) of
  this 9-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Items may not
  be added if they are of major importance and will affect a significant nu
 mber of people.\nRules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to ra
 ise his or her hand\, and when recognized by the Chair\, to address commen
 ts to the Chair. Speakers are to keep their comments under two (2) minutes

 ng the name Kauhala’s) with state and city Homeless Coordinators and spe
 cial community groups interested in sharing their ideas for  a housing fa
 cility should look like to help houseless community.\n2.2 Group Homes unde
 r State and City oversight should have the same rules and regulations and 
 the homes that’s being used for rehabilitation/treatment should not be a
 ble to remove a person on the street without notifying the community and s
 tate and city officials.\n2.3 Other\n3.Homeless Concerns\n3.1 Cedar Farms\
 n3.2 Paiulu Kaiulu\n3.3 Resource Center with all the major services provid
 ers in one location to help the needs of our community.\n3.4 Committee Pre
