RULES OF PARTICIPATION: Anyone wishing to speak, please raise your hand. After recognition, address your comments to the Chair. All speakers shall keep comments to under 3 minutes and keep reports to under 5 minutes.
NOTE: As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), no item can be added to an agenda if it is of reasonably major importance and the board’s action will affect a significant number of persons. At least two-thirds of the board’s committee members (present or absent) must vote in favor of amending the agenda.
