Organizers finalize preparations for Fiji Tribute Concert working with City

O‘AHU – Preparations are underway by Fiji Forever event sponsors, the Kina‘ole Foundation, and key agencies from the City and County of Honolulu for the highly anticipated Fiji Tribute Concert scheduled for Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the Tom Moffatt Waikīkī Shell and Kapi‘olani Regional Park.

The concert honors the legacy of the late, beloved reggae singer George Veikoso, known to fans worldwide as Fiji, and will feature an all-star lineup of musical performances. Doors to the Waikīkī Shell open at 4 p.m., with performances beginning at 5 p.m. A designated viewing area within Kapi‘olani Regional Park will open at 12 noon, while the park itself remains open to the public from 5 a.m. to 12 midnight. Performances will conclude by 10 p.m.

With more than 30,000 attendees expected, concert sponsors and the City are coordinating efforts to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
