The Mayor’s Office of Culture and the Arts (MOCA) is currently seeking an Executive Director to assume direct program
responsibility for City-wide culture and the arts and related activities. The Executive Director acts as a liaison between the Mayor
and the Commission on Culture and the Arts serves as head of all International Relations activities
and correspondence, including the City’s “Sister City” program.
