Process for Outdoor Dining with Liquor Sale/Service/Consumption

Note:  Before applying for a LIQ Outdoor Dining Services permit, complete the Department of Transportation Services (DTS) Permit application and submit the required supporting documents.

COMPLETE the Honolulu Liquor Commission (LIQ) Outdoor Dining Services Program application and supporting documents.

 

SUBMIT LIQ Application packet to the Honolulu Liquor Commission:
Email the completed packet to:  HLC@honolulu.gov; OR
Schedule a “Business License” appointment through AlohaQ (http://alohaq.org) and drop off the completed LIQ permit packet to our office (711 Kapiolani Blvd, Suite 600).

RECEIVE your LIQ Outdoor Dining Permit.

To sell, serve, and consume liquor in the permitted outdoor dining area, liquor licensees
MUST have both approved Outdoor Dining permits from DTS and LIQ.
