Bill 28 (2023), CD1 – City Ordinance 23-24 (Effective January 1, 2024)

Bill 28 (2023), City Ordinance 23-24, requires NARCAN^®/Naloxone HCI, the opioid-reversal medication, to be carried at on-premises liquor-licensed establishments of the following classes under state law (Included Businesses):

Managers of the included businesses above (BLUE card cardholders) are required to be trained in the proper administration of NARCAN^®/Naloxone HCl.
