(Blue / Purple Liquor Card)


Definition: The designated person duly registered with the Commission as a manager or assistant manager who is in active charge of the licensed premises during the time the establishment is licensed to sell or serve liquor. (§3-80-1.1)
Blue Manager card required for the following Liquor License classes:

Class 6: Club (“F” Licenses)

Class 8: Transient Vessel – Annual (“M” Licenses)

Class 9: Tour/Cruise Vessel (“J” Licenses)

Class 11: Cabaret (“I” Licenses)

Class 12: Hotel (“L” Licenses)
-
Class 13b: Caterer – Food Service Business (“Q” Licenses)
-
Class 14: Brewpub (“B” Licenses)
-
Class 15: Condo/Hotel (“Z” Licenses)
-
Class 16: Winery (“W” Licenses)
-
Class 17: BYOB (“Y” Licenses)
-
Class 18: Small Craft Producer Pub (“S” Licenses)

Purple Manager card required for the following Liquor License class:

Class 4: Retail (“D” Licenses)

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum age: 21 years

Successfully passing the Honolulu Liquor Commission’s Server Training course. To register for a server training class, go to our Event Calendar.
Server Training certification valid for 4 years. -
Manager Authorization Letter

$10 per liquor card
