Organized by District 1 Councilmember Andria Tupola, R3 is a resource fair held in Waiʻanae, and provides resources for housing, job development, and other social services to members of the public. Special emphasis is placed on individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Join the WorkHawaiʻi Division every Monday and Thursday, 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the International River of Life Christian Center.
