a. Decisions from the City Department of Planning & Permitting
i. Mānoa Banyan Court: A Final Environmental Assessment was filed by LYCA in November. In late December, DPP responded that such Final Environmental Assessment was incomplete. LYCA then revised and re-filed its Final Environmental Assessment. Another response from DDP is pending.
ii. Aria Lane at the Former Saint Francis School Location: A determination by DPP was scheduled to be made by the end of 2024. However, this determination has been delayed until February 2025. Additionally, the developer revised its proposal, and the details of those revisions were presented by a community member during the January meeting.
b. Ala Wai Flood Mitigation: Potential City Ordinance Establishing an Ala Wai Watershed Special Improvement District
c. Motion to Change Time and Location of Monthly Meetings
i. Noelani School – Contingent upon changing adjournment time to 8:30p.m. Also contingent upon securing funds to pay the facility usage fees.
ii. Mānoa Public Library – Per Member DeMarco’s suggestion at the January meeting, the Chair requested that NCO staff investigate the possibility of using Manoa Public Library. Availability has not yet been confirmed at the time of this writing.
iii. Mānoa Valley District Park Gymnasium No. 2 – Per Member Moylan’s suggestion at the January meeting, the Chair requested that NCO staff investigate the possibility of using the Manoa Valley District Park facilities that are currently undergoing renovations (after such renovations are completed). Availability has not yet been confirmed at the time of this writing.
iv. Any other location proposed by a board member or member of the public.

VI. BOARD BUSINESS
a. Presentation on Korean Language Programs for Public Schools – Jessica Lee
b. Resolution: Requesting The Department Of Education To Expand The Korean Language Program For Public School Students Within The Kaimuki-McKinley-Roosevelt Complex
