St. Francis School Development (also known as Aria Lane Residential Development) Presentation – [0:21:09]: Isaiah Sato and Christine Camp provided updates on the Saint Francis School Development Project. Sato presentation highlighted the following: project is located at 2707 & 2715 Pamoa Road; an update of the number of homes and parking they plan to build for multifamily homes and single-family homes; Portions of the multifamily units will be provided for-sale or for-rent; there will be an option to create a legal in-law suite for single family homes; and the project’s estimated timeline. Department of Planning and Permitting Temporary Emergency Management Services Base Station at University of Hawaiʻi – [1:43:03]: Elmer Kaʻai announces that the University of Mānoa and Honolulu’s Emergency Services Department (HESD) are planning to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for a proposed temporary Emergency Management Service (EMS) base station at the Makai of the Les Murakami Baseball Stadium. The temporary emergency management service base station will provide improved emergency service coverage for the neighboring communities and medical standby coverage during UH Mānoaʻs large events.
