I. CALL TO ORDER [0:00:13]: Chair Kang called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. Quorum was NOT established with 5 members present. Note: This 11-member Board requires six (6) members to establish a quorum and to take official Board action. Board members must be in-person or have video access.

Hawaii Bicycling League [0:31:06]: Eric McCutcheon provided a PowerPoint presentation explaining the Oʻahu Vision Zero Action Plan. He provided statistics of the traffic fatalities and areas in and around Kaimuki that are experiencing increased traffic accidents and fatalities and what is being done to mitigate and decrease these numbers.

Mediation Center of the Pacific [0:42:51]: Roberta Hickey-Gomez from the Mediation Center of the Pacific provided a PowerPoint presentation regarding the Early Eviction Mediation Program. This program is set to support landlords and tenants in resolving housing disputes before they escalate to eviction proceedings. The program is said to have a 90% agreement rate when mutual beneficial agreements are set between landlords and tenants.

Fire Prevention Education / Training [1:01:16]: Representatives from the Honolulu Fire Department and the American Red Cross provided a PowerPoint presentation helping educate and train the community on how to prevent house fires and what to do when one occurs. They covered the importance of electrical safety, the importance of smoke alarms, and the importance of having a fire escape plan.
