ORAL TESTIMONY
Oral Testimony will be permitted on all items on the agenda, subject to the following restrictions:
- Persons may submit oral testimony in person at Kapālama Hale.
- Before each agenda item for discussion, members of the public will be given an opportunity to present their testimony.
- Each speaker is limited to a two-minute presentation. When the timer goes off, please conclude your remarks promptly.
WRITTEN TESTIMONY
Written testimony may be faxed to 808- 768-5611or e-mailed to EADHCOA@honolulu.gov for distribution at the meeting. If submitted, written testimonies, including the testifier’s address, email address and phone number, may be posted to the Committee’s website.
