Special Management Area Permit Request for TMK 3-9-028:021 at 26 Hanapepe Place [1:18:10]: Jim Hayes from Planning Solutions, Inc. shared a PowerPoint presentation regarding the Special Management Area (SMA) permit request for renovations being done at 26 Hanapepe Place. He shared the current home will experience a slight rotation of the foundation where the home will be facing a different direction and have amenities added to the property.

Wahi Pana – A Public Art Project [1:29:33]: Representatives from the Mayor’s Office of Culture & the Arts (MOCA) provided a PowerPoint presentation regarding a proposed public art project that will service different areas of the Hawaii Kai community. They plan to install 3 glass art pieces in a specific area of Koko Crater Botanical Garden and have a QR code placed in different areas of Hanauma Bay to add a virtual component to the project.
