4. ELECTION OF OFFICERS TO SERVE FROM JULY 30, 2024 TO JUNE 30, 2025
The officers to be elected are the Chair, a Vice Chair, and a Secretary.

5. MEETING DETERMINATION:  DATE/TIME, LOCATION FROM AUGUST 2024
TO AUGUST 2025.  Meetings have traditionally been held on the last Tuesday of each month, at Haha’ione Elementary School and on WebEx, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The Hawaii Kai Neighborhood Board has traditionally recessed its December meeting.

7.1. Livable Hawaii Kai Hui/Kaiwi Coalition Community Stewardship Program and Hiking Opportunities – Presenter: Kendrick Chang, Board Member, Livable Hawaii Kai Hui.
7.2. Draft Plan to Reduce Illegal Left Turns from Kalaniana’ole Highway Into and Out of Portlock Road – Presenter: Bryan Kimura, Hawaii Department of Transportation.
7.3. Expansion of Maunalua Bay Artificial Reef Site – Presenter: Jake Reichard, Aquatic Biologist, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Aquatic Resources (DAR)
