Persons may submit oral testimony in person at Kapalama Hale, Conference room 260. Persons wishing to testify are requested to register by 12 p.m. on February 11, 2025 by filling out the registration form near the doorway to the conference room. Written testimony may be faxed to 768-7792 or e-mailed to k.hutchinson@honolulu.gov for distribution at the meeting. If submitted, written testimonies, including the testifier’s address, email address and phone number, may be posted to the Commission’s website.
