a. Waiʻanae Coast Emergency Access Roads (WCEAR)—Paakea and Others: Review Draft of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Execution Plans as proposed by City Agencies and Councilwoman Tupola.
b. Discussion of Rep Kila’s Townhall on September 10, 2025 at the Nānākuli Library featuring Ed Sniffen, Director of the Hawaiʻi State Department of Transportation (HDOT) and Representatives from the City County of Honolulu Department of Transportation Services (DTS).

ii. HDOT & DTS Projects committee members want to track from now through completion: 1) Richard Landford, Jr. 2) Gary Shinsanto, 3) Germaine Meyers
iii. HDOT & DTS Projects committee members want PSA’s to be shared on Leeward and West Oahu social media platforms for public awareness, especially bus route additions.
c. Widening Project—Farrington Highway from Nānākuli Village Center to Mohihi Street, Review Archealogical and Cultural Impacted Sites Identified by consultant firm ASM Affiliates and its representative Keely Toledo
