a. Request for Committee and Community Support:  2025 Operation Blue Light Christmas (OBLC) and Christmas on the Avenue (COTA)–Presentation/Request by Pastor Allen Cardines Jr for OBLC and Ahupua’a O Nanakuli event coordinators for COTA
b. Request for Committee and Community Feedback:  Cultural Impact Assessment (CIA) for proposed Farrington Highway Widening Project, spans a 1.4-mile segment of Farrington Highway extending approximately 350 feet west of Mohihi Street to approximately 200 feet west of Nanakuli Avenue in Nanakuli–Presentation by Keely Toledo of ASM Affiliates
V. OLD BUSINESS
a. WCEAR Roadways—Paakea and Others:  Update on Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), policies, procedures and City agencies involved with WCEAR.
b. Transportation Committee Priority Projects
