Military Representative Report – [0:08:52]: Lieutenant Colonel Melander provided the report and highlighted the following: training advisories for the month of September 2024 include live fire exercises throughout the whole day from the 17th to the 19th, East Range jungle and ranger tactics during the daytime from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the 21st and 23rd to 27th, and aviation training will take place on the 19th during the daytime.

Army BOSS Program Presentation – [0:16:26]: SPC Morgan Creasy (BOSS President) presented a PowerPoint about the program and shared community service projects the soldiers participate in. The program is rated #1 in the whole Army for community service. The soldiers participate in a great range of community service projects throughout the island which also provides a great opportunity for the soldiers to engage with the community. SPC Morgan Creasy shared that the program is always looking to participate in more community service projects throughout the island and would be happy to help the Board out with any community service projects that they may have.

Co-chair Melendrez highlighted the following: Mililani Middle School will be having their spirit week from Monday September 30, 2024 to Friday, October 4, 2024 for their students; Mililani Middle is accepting donations for the Institute of Human Services; Mililani Middle School has thirty-two (32) high interest after-school programs students can join for free; Mililani Middle School Community Council meets every second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the administration main conference room and the PTSO meets at 5:00 p.m. in the main administration building in front of the conference room; important upcoming dates for the Mililani Middle School 2024-2025 School Year.
