March 2025 Meeting Report
Chair, Travis Counsell
1. A committee meeting was held in-person on March 13, 2025, chaired by Bill Hicks and
attended by committee member Claudine Tomasa and KNB members Kate Righter and Evan Weber.
2. Continuing issues were discussed, including:
a. The Kalapawai Roundabout has completed Phase 8 and is continuing with Phase 6.
b. There will be a Complete Streets Keolu Drive update at the April KNB meeting.
c. A letter has been drafted requesting DTS add crosswalks on Kalaheo Avenue at three beach access points that do not have nearby crosswalks as follow-up to the KNB’s September 5, 2013 resolution.
