Public Safety, Public Health, and Civil Defense (PSPHCD) Committee
April 2025 Meeting Report
1. A committee meeting was held in-person on April 10, 2025, chaired by Bill Hicks and attended by committee members Jay Etzenbach and Levani Lipton and KNB member Jennifer Barra.
2. Continuing Issues were discussed including Kailua Water Quality and Disaster Preparedness Subcommittee updates and MV-22 Osprey flights over Kailua.
3. A Kailua public screening of the film “Healing Lahaina” by Director Laurel Tamayo was suggested.
