Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. A two-thirds vote (6) of this 11-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Items may not be added if they are of major importance and will affect a significant number of people.

II. PRESENTATION/DISCUSSION (5 min limit for presenters)
a. 2026 Board Priorities: The Board will discuss community/board priorities for the year. We will:
i. Review how other Neighborhood Boards establish priorities and agree on process.
ii. Discuss and identify overall Board priorities, based on community input.
iii. Discuss and identify subcommittee priorities, as feasible, based on community input. Current Board Subcommittees include:
• Crime & Neighborhood Watch: None
• Community Resilience/Emergency Preparedness: Chair Kelly-Paddock; Carol, Lund, and Weiss
• Food Security: Lund
• Planning and Permitting: Epp, Carol, and Shafer
• Health, Human Service, and Housing: Chair Pasi and Vendiola,
• Cultural and Arts: Chair Miller; Epp, Pasi, and Shafer
• Parks and Recreation: Chair Unga; Pasi, and Miller
• Transportation Committee: Chair Shafer; Carol, and Weiss
b. Honolulu Charter Commission Revision: The Board will review current proposals for the Honolulu Charter Commission Revision, based on Koʻolauloa Neighborhood Board (KNB) Charter Commission priorities passed by motion in its November 2025 meeting. The Board will begin selecting priority proposals for inclusion in future KNB Resolution(s).
• Charter Commission Working Committee: Epp, Kelly Paddock, Shafer, Weiss, Miller and Lund
c. Honolulu Neighborhood Plan Revision (request for input by the Neighborhood Plan Committee): The Board will review the plan, process of revision, and timeline and discuss priorities for the revision, for inclusion in future KNB Resolution(s).
