A. Chair Kathleen Pahinui called meeting to order at 5:07 pm.
B. Members present: Pahinui, Andersen, Achiu, Dahlin, Matsumoto
C. Members absent : Cuersma, McNulty, Leinau
D. Guests: Rep Perruso, Natasha Keshishian, James from WaiHome, Dennis Poma
E. No quorum for meeting established but discussed issues as outlined below

A. EM Hawaii Pilot Project
• Pahinui to follow up with Arlene Velasco on the testing for this project and will work to set up a meeting on site at Andersenʻs home with her.
B. Legislative Overview for 2026
• No updates from Poma.
• Rep Perruso said bills will be introduced starting January 14.
• Rep Lowen is working on a cesspool package
• Rep Perruso will share the bills with us once they are introduced

A. Approval of December 1, 2025 Meeting Minutes
• Andersen moved and Achiu seconded. Minutes accepted.
