Rules of Speaking: Any audience member may raise their hand to speak on an agenda item at the announced time; when recognized by the Presiding Officer, questions/comments are limited to two (2) minutes. After the audience, Board members may raise their hand to speak with questions and comments limited to one (1) minute thirty (30) seconds. Audience/Board members should refrain from interruptions and/or disruptive conduct. Any individual not following these rules may be ruled out of order.

Rules for Presentations/Reports: Those providing presentations to the Board are encouraged to do so via PowerPoint presentation, and to submit the presentation to the Chair at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
