Video-Teleconference: The Board will be making a good faith effort to provide the public with the opportunity to observe the meeting as it happens and an opportunity to provide oral testimony without a physical presence in the physical meeting room. A two-thirds (2/3) vote (8) of this eleven (11)-member Board is needed to add an item to the agenda. Adding an item to the agenda, however, is not permitted if (1) the item to be added is of reasonably major importance and (2) action on the item by the board will affect a significant number of persons. Determination of whether a specific matter may be added to an agenda must be done on a case-by-case basis.

4. Neighborhood Board Visits and Community Outreach

4.2. Other location to consider (Sams club, Ward Village, Ala Moana Shopping Center, SALT, etc)
4.3. Getting other Neighborhood Board members to participate

5. Discussion on Purposed Resolution to the next full Board Meeting.
5.1. Resolution on Vacant lots and Abandoned buildings.
5.1.1. This resolution will only be discussed here, and presented to the full board next month.
5.2. Community thoughts on ideas for future resolutions.

6. Discussion on how active should NB11 be in the 2026 Legislative cycle.
6.1. Results of these discussions can be provided to the full board next
