6. Next Meeting: The next meeting of the Makiki/Lower Punchbowl/Tantalus Neighborhood Board No.10 Nice Neighborhoods Committee is scheduled to be held on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. online via Webex and in person at House Representative Kim Coco Iwamoto’s office at State Capitol Room 327.

b. Punchbowl Perimeter, Fire Hazards, Homeless Encampments, Illegal Dumping. Royal Vista Condo concerns of recent fires. Nathan Char will extend invite to Nuuanu Punchbowl NB Chair Patrick Smith to have us 9n their June NB meeting agenda.
