o DTS: The City first notified area residents of the parking meters being installed on Isenberg Street in December 2017, via a letter from DTS to the Chair of the McCully-Mōʻiliʻili Neighborhood Board. The meter installations were completed on Monday, January 13, 2025. HPD is responsible for parking meter enforcement, and began enforcing the meters operating hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. • Request to Repair Diamond Head Park Bathrooms by Kapiʻolani Community College: Due to repeated vandalism, DFM has been hesitant in spending more resources into the replacement of plumbing fixtures. However, in the interest of the public, we will investigate the current condition and make necessary repairs as resources are available.
