SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: If participating virtually, please mute yourself when not speaking, and use the “raise hand” feature in the Participants panel to indicate you would like to speak on an agenda item. Remember to unclick, or lower, your hand afterwards. Please limit extraneous use of the chat feature as it can distract board members and audience members from the conversation taking place about noticed items in the meeting.
