Available Forms
REGISTRATION: A “lobbyist” must register with the Commission within five days of conducting lobbying activites or receiving contributions, membership dues, or a fee or salary to conduct lobbying activities.
ANNUAL: Each registered lobbyist must file with the Commission an annual report of the lobbyist’s activities during the preceding calendar year ending December 31st by January 10th.
TERMINATION: Lobbyists terminating their registration must choose the specific form applicable to their registration year.
