Financial Disclosure - FinD
Board and commission members now file Financial Disclosures using FinD, the City’s online disclosure system. Access FinD at the Honolulu Ethics Commission FinD system.
- You will receive an email from your board and commission liaison with the link and further information. To log in to the site, you must create an HNL.Info account. You can log in from the account icon in the top right. Going to any of the pages other than the homepage will also ask you to log in.
- Board and commission members must file disclosures using FinD. Paper forms or emailed PDFs are no longer accepted.
- Honolulu Ethics Commission staff will process disclosures directly in FinD.

The Ethics Commission enforces the City’s Standards of Conduct for City officers and employees (RCH Art. XI, Standards of Conduct). If you know of activities that raise ethics issues or concerns, please submit this form. While you may remain anonymous, we prefer that you provide your name, email address, and phone number(s) so we can contact you for more information. We will keep your identity confidential. This is a fillable form. Please complete, save, and send to our email at ethics@honolulu.gov.
