Thank you for your service to the City and County of Honolulu.
City board and commission Financial Disclosure filers will convert to FinD, the new electronic disclosure filing system on January 1, 2024. You may access the link here: https://web5.hnl.info/eth-disclosures.
You will receive an email from your board and commission liaison with the link and further information. To login to the site, you must create an HNL.Info account. You can login from the account icon in the top right. Going to any of the pages other than the homepage will also ask you to login.
The following changes will occur as part of this conversion:
- Board and commission members must file disclosures using the new system. Paper forms or emailed PDFs will no longer be accepted.
- Honolulu Ethics Commission staff will process disclosures in the new system.

The Ethics Commission enforces the City’s Standards of Conduct for City officers and employees (RCH Art. XI, Standards of Conduct). If you know of activities that raise ethics issues or concerns, please submit this form.
