The city provides blue bins at two locations on the North Shore for use by residents but does not provide redemption services for HI-5 containers. These bins collect the same material accepted in the blue bin program: corrugated cardboard (flatten and cut to fit), white and color office paper, newspaper, brown paper bags, plastic containers codes 1 and 2, all metal cans, and glass bottles and jars. Remove all lids or caps and rinse clean.
