The EISPN publication / public review period provides an opportunity for agencies and the public to offer any relevant comments regarding environmental, social, and technical issues that should be evaluated in the Draft EIS being prepared for the project by ENV.
The deadline for submitting comments is February 23, 2026.
ENV invites the public to attend the EISPN Scoping Meeting to learn more about the project and share their feedback.
