Honolulu, HI – The City and County of Honolulu, Department of Environmental Services (ENV) has cancelled the February 9, 2026 EISPN public scoping meeting for the Sand Island Wastewater Treatment Plant Secondary Treatment Phase 2 Project in response to Mayor Rick Blangiardi’s emergency proclamation ordering the closure of all non-essential offices and services through Monday.
ENV will reschedule the meeting to a new date and time to be determined. Public notice of the new meeting schedule will be published on the ENV website and on the project website: https://www.sandislandwwtp-eis.com.
