Honolulu Elections Division

VOTER SERVICE CENTERS

For a period of ten (10) business days prior to and including each Election Day, voters may cast a ballot at a Voter Service Center. During this period, individuals not already registered to vote may register to vote and vote. In the City & County of Honolulu, Voter Service Centers are established at Honolulu Hale and Kapolei Hale. Traditional Election Day polling places will not be available.

All voters registered to vote in the City & County of Honolulu may vote at either site, regardless of district assignment. 
To facilitate the voting process, please remember to bring an ID to the Voter Service Center. Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • State issued drivers license;
  • State issued identification card;
  • Valid Passport; or
  • a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, government document, or paycheck bearing your name and current address.

Upon your arrival at the Voter Service Center, we may instruct you to complete a re-registration form if necessary.
If you do not have acceptable identification, we will ask you for additional information to confirm your identity. This process will take additional time.
