TheHandi-Van customer satisfaction survey available for riders
HONOLULU – The City and County of Honolulu Department of Transportation Services (DTS) is asking riders of TheHandi-Van to provide feedback on recent trips via survey. The feedback provided by riders will help DTS continue to improve the quality of TheHandi-Van service.
Riders of TheHandi-Van may fill out the online survey through the EVA website https://eva.thebus.org. Riders that need any assistance in completing the survey or prefer to provide their feedback over-the-phone can call (808) 768-8300.
The survey form is also available for download online in English, Chuukese, Ilokano, Japanese (日本語), Chinese (中文) and Tagalog.
Riders can also request to have a copy of the form in any of the available language translations mailed out. Completed survey forms may be submitted via mail, email or fax:
