HONOLULU – The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Transportation Services (DTS) announces that customer service phone lines for TheBus and TheHandi-Van — including transit information and TheHandi-Van reservations — are currently offline.
TheHandi-Van is still operational and picking up scheduled passengers for today. However, due to the network outage at Oʻahu Transit Services (OTS), some pickups may be delayed.
TheHandi-Van riders should contact the Department of Transportation Services directly at (808) 768-8300 for any questions or concerns regarding their pickup.
TheBus Pass Office in Kalihi and the HOLO Card Call Center are still open. HOLO cards are still operational and can be used to ride TheBus and Skyline. Buses and Skyline are still running on regular schedule.
We apologize for any inconvenience to our riders.
Oʻahu Transit Services (OTS) is a non-profit organization that operates TheBus and TheHandi-Van for the City and County of Honolulu.
