U.S. MEDICARE (Red / White / Blue)
The U.S. Medicare HOLO Card offers reduced fares on TheBus and Skyline for eligible riders under age 65.
Riders 65 and older must apply for a Senior HOLO Card.
How to Apply:
Eligibility: Must be under 65 and have a valid U.S. Medicare card.
Requirements:
Present your U.S. Medicare card
Complete the U.S. Medicare Application Form
Kamaʻāina Form (Proof of Residency is required)
