Report a Problem / Make a Request

 
  • Traffic signal issues: Please call the Traffic Signals Division at (808) 768-8387 or after hours call HPD to report malfunctions.

  • Construction activities: Please call the Street Use section at (808) 768-8387.

For all other roadway or traffic issues, such as:

  • Traffic Signs (example: stop signs, no parking signs)

  • Potholes

  • Street Lights

  • Parking Meters

  • Sidewalks 

  • Roadway Hazards, etc.

Please fill out the City’s online problem report form or you may contact the City’s Complaint Office.
