Socioeconomic Projections

Socioeconomic projections up to the year 2045 are prepared for the eight Development Plan and Sustainable Communities Plans areas. This forecast of population, housing, visitor numbers, and employment represent the Planning Division’s best estimates of future conditions for Oʻahu. The future estimates are available below and are also included in the Annual Report on the Status of Land Use on Oʻahu.
