Plan Review Fees [ROH 18-6.1] and Permit Fees [ROH 18-6.2] are based on project value of work in each structure. (Note: When applying for a building permit application for multiple buildings, please indicate the cost breakdown of each building and sitework in the application’s “project description”.)
Plan Review Fees
For applications requiring a plan review, a Plan Review Fee will be due upon acceptance of the plans and specifications for review. The Plan Review Fee shall be twenty percent (20%) of the tentative Building Permit Fee, up to a maximum of $25,000. This will be in addition to the Building Permit Fee. [ROH 18-6.1(a)]
