After work hours on Friday, October 31, an update will be applied to HNL Build that will impact any Building Permit Applications that are in progress or paused. Applications that have already been submitted will not be affected.
Due to workflow changes, any applications that were started but not submitted before the update will be removed from the system. This update will not require downtime, but if you plan to start a new application, please avoid the Friday overnight timeframe to prevent issues.
If you have an existing application that is currently paused, please complete it before the update window. Otherwise, your application will be removed and you’ll need to start a new one.
