DPP has recently made adjustments in our permitting system that have minimized most advisories from denying instant online building permits. If you have submitted an online building permit and received a denial due to an "advisory", please resubmit, as the advisory may have been adjusted to allow your application to now proceed thorugh the online building permitting system. Depending on the type of advisory, e.g. flood, Notices of Violations, Ewa Villages Owners Association, etc., you will still need to submit via eplans and will need to provide certain information to address the advisory.

Just a note: Building permit applications for Department of Hawaiian Homelands parcels need to be processed thorugh ePlans only. |
