Signature Requirement
For all documents building permit related, ensure that all plans are either scanned original wet signatures or has a digital certificate for each signature. This is in accordance with the recent amendment to HAR 16-115 and DPP's requirement for all permit applications to be submitted via ePlans. If not signed properly, it will delay the permit process.
